My stay at the hotel was a mix of positive and negative experiences. The rooms had a distinct musty smell and were dimly lit with bad bulbs, but they were spacious. The staff was nice and helpful overall, but uninterested in addressing concerns about bugs in the room. The location was convenient for shopping and meals, although there were some issues with reservations. The dining options were crowded during breakfast, but the made-to-order sandwiches were delicious. The facilities were decent, despite some areas needing updating.

The hotel had a nice size room for an older hotel, but was badly in need of renovations. There were smoke-free ashtrays all over outside.
